Can additional guests arrive later?
Additional guests can arrive later,as long as it has been previously discussed with the owner, not only to assure that we do not exceed the maximum number of guests that the Villa can accommodate but also to set beds and towels for the upcoming guests.
Is there free Internet access in the house?
Yes, we provide you with a high speed internet connection over WiFi access spots.
Can someone help with arranging a special event?
We're here to help you meticulously plan your unique occasion, be it a wedding, baptism, or party. We handle all the personalized decoration details and catering needs to ensure your event is truly unforgettable.
Who cleans the villa? Is it price included?
The cleaning of the Villa is included in the price and it is arranged by the owner before, after and during guests stay.
Is there nightlife? How far?
Yes, there is nightlife in Syros, mainly in Ermoupoli which is 15km away from the Villa. Visitors will find there bars,restaurants ,different events in the evenings as well as theater and cinema. It is also worth to visit the area of Galissa at night where we have bars and restaurants operating till late nights. Galissa is 6km away from the Villa.
How much privacy is there around the property?
The property's isolation from neighboring properties guarantees you the utmost privacy. Moreover, whether you choose to stay with friends, other family members, or children, our completely independent levels (top floor and lower floor) with separate bedrooms, bathrooms, and individual air conditioning units enable our guests to fully enjoy their stay while maintaining a sense of peace and autonomy from other guests.
Are cribs available at the villa?
Yes, we can provide you with 3 fully functional cribs.
Are there any hidden fees?
There are no additional fees to be paid while enjoying your vacation in the Villa. It is the price that you have agreed to be paid for your stay prior or at the time of your arrival.
Is there a minimum night stay?
Our minimum night stay is 3 days.
Check-in is at 11:00 a.m and check-out at 15:00 p.m
What is the private luxury villa Camellia?
Private luxury villa Camellia is also a holiday home.
It is a privately-owned villa that is available for rent for short periods of time.
The property can accommodate up to 10 persons.
